Celebrating the KIDS in our Program!

Greetings to all of our Antelope Longhorn families!  It is now time to celebrate and honor all of our children, parents and staff at our end of the season Awards Banquet.  Join us this Saturday, December 3rd, at the Highlands High School Cafeteria from 3:30-6:00 pm. 

We are having a Potluck!  In order to make this event a success, we ask that each family bring a covered dish and/or dessert for 15 to 20 people. Please bring items that you will see at a Super Bowl party, like: Salads, cupcakes, drinks, rolls, potato salads, dips, chips, fruit platters, cheese & cracker platters, 7 layer dip, hot wings, finger-sized sub sandwiches…etc.

2:30 P.M. – 3:00 P.M.  Equipment Turn In*
3:00 P.M. – 3:30 P.M.  Set up

3:30 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.  Pot-Luck Dessert Table** 
4:15 P.M. – 5:30 P.M.  Trophy Presentations

5:30 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.  Clean up

We are so looking forward to all of us coming together and enjoying this special occasion.

*Please make sure you have turned in your helmet, shoulder pads, and game pants (cheer turns in their shell & skirt).  If you have not turned in your equipment, you will not get your trophy.  Equipment costs a lot of money, and we have to collect everything back.  We will post the names of everyone that hasn’t turned in pads online starting Monday, please don’t be on that list.  Thanks.

 
**IMPORTANT NOTE:  Since this is a Potluck Banquet, please try to arrive as close to 3:00 PM as you are able, so that we may set up all covered dishes and begin eating promptly at 3:30 PM
